Summer time Fun
This Summer, our Church put on its first Bible Vacation School. So, every morning this week, the kids and I have been at the church...singing songs, learning things in the Bible, making new friends, playing games and making crafts. I was one of 3 group leaders for the 11 and 12 year olds (Jenny and Rhonda were also leaders). Lots of fun but I think we are all tired out and ready to relax this weekend! Shaun took us all out for supper tonight and we are all planning on sleeping in tomorrow.
Shaun took some picture of the garden this evening...I am hoping to post a few of the pictures tomorrow. The gardens look really green, lush and full right now. My light pink Obedience plant is just beginning to bloom. The Purple Cone Flowers bloomed a few weeks ago as well as a pink Morning Glory and yellow Gazinias.

Holly - It was so much fun being a co-leader with you. You know our group really had great leaders!! ;)
That's awesome that you helped out with VBS! I still remember the first time I went--I got a pocket mirror with a rainbow on it for bringing a friend. Priceless and eternal memories that you are helping instill in kids.
Hannah had SOOO much fun at VBS... Thank you for helping out...she wanted so bad to invite her friends, but they are all 4... so hopefully next year they will be able to go...
