Yes, we get the "I know" from the oldest down to the 9 year old....it's usually in reference to some task that is being asked...that yes, they SHOULD have known to do it, it's only been asked every day forever! Our response back is, "well, if you KNOW then you'd have done it...the only other explanation would be disobedience....and you KNOW what that gets you"

And you know, he will 'know' even more as he gets to be a teenager. I have a 16 year old boy who is rather 'knowledgeable'. :)
The "that is so unfair" line has been a longstanding favorite of my kids too.
LOL...I have a 3 year old that uses the same phrases--minus the random one...OH NO!!
