Homemade Oatmeal & Fruit Muesli
We had this for Breakfast....so delicious!
2 cups oatmeal
1 apple; grated (i like mine chopped in small pieces)
2 cups berries, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp. honey
3/4 c. apple or Orange juice
2 cups plain Yogourt
In a 9X13 pan, mix oatmeal, honey, apple, juice and berries. Put in fridge over night. The next morning add 2 cups yogourt and mix. Serve. YUMMY!!!!!
