finding joy and creativity everyday
There are 2 gentlemen in my house who are going to a little "election party" to watch every detail of the eve. reports!I know they are waiting with baited breath!
Hmmm. Me too.
I also am eager.
Well it's 1:17am Holly and O have just finished watching. It will be interesting to see what everyone thinks.
it was definitely heart breaking to go to school this morning to find lots of cheering for Obama. I will admit, I was pretty upset by it. My class even had a few minutes to praise this new leader, my professor... a 65 year old woman, repeatedly insulted the Republicans, and who-ever believed in similar morals. I ended up walking out, after telling the whole class how outraged and disappointed I was in a professional institution that stands so highly on equality & free speech. I felt so sad to know that being a Christian woman, I sat in a room this morning feeling like such a minority, and like I was doing something wrong for believing in something different.Praying for the States more then ever today.
