There are 2 gentlemen in my house who are going to a little "election party" to watch every detail of the eve. reports! I know they are waiting with baited breath!
it was definitely heart breaking to go to school this morning to find lots of cheering for Obama. I will admit, I was pretty upset by it.
My class even had a few minutes to praise this new leader, my professor... a 65 year old woman, repeatedly insulted the Republicans, and who-ever believed in similar morals. I ended up walking out, after telling the whole class how outraged and disappointed I was in a professional institution that stands so highly on equality & free speech.
I felt so sad to know that being a Christian woman, I sat in a room this morning feeling like such a minority, and like I was doing something wrong for believing in something different.
