On May 11th, I completed my 1st work out to Jillian Michaels, "30 Day Shred" video. I was sore for DAYS and promply caught a cold from my husband. Today, I finially am back on track. I found the work out a bit easier although those 2 pound arm weights feel more like 10 (emberrising to admit that)! I am hoping that my muscles build fast so that I am not so wimpy each day and sore, sore, sore! Shaun is going to start doing this work out with me 1st thing in the a.m. while the kids are still sleeping. We just need to get him some hand weights...heavier than mine too. Sould be interesting!
