100 Mile Diet at Shaun's Office...
It's going well and they are having lots of fun. Today they all leave the office and have a cook off at a Resteraunt in the county and also take a Wine Tour. I don't know about you, but I think I want to work for this company (Engine) too!!! The camera crew spent the day with them on Tuesday and the last pic that I have on here is them having their pot luck lunch. YUM.

Looks like so much fun. Do you get to taste the food?
They are having fun with it. Some of them are having a real hard time with headaches...as a result of not having any coffee.

This does look like fun and I want to work there too!! Anybody need an assistant??? Anybody??
My suggestion to Bryna to replace coffee/tea/hot chocolate is to create a warm pumpkin drink. I'm thinking a slightly watered down pumpkin puree sweetened with local honey and lots of whip cream! Of course, there is always apple cider (no cinnamon allowed!)
