Meal Plan

Saturday: BLT wraps

Sunday: Angel hair pasta with snap peas, mushroom, orange peppers and Alfredo sauce.

Monday: Sirloin Tip roast (in the Crock pot), mashed potatoes, gravy and corn

Tuesday: Chili and corn chips

Wednesday: Potato and Sausage Bake, peas

Thursday: left over Roast

Friday: maybe left over chili over baked potatoes??

Looks great. I've never done a meal plan in my life. Does it save money overall?

Cheryl,
I am not really sure because I have always done this. We don't stock up so if I didn't plan, I wouldn't likely have the supplies home to make much. This insures that there is food in the house and enough to last for a week. It saves on having to make multiple shopping trips, that is for sure!

I love it!
I have an eggplant that is starting to look very sad so Tuesday will be Eggplant curry with chick peas on rice.

The Angel Hair sounds yummy!
