Hey Holly. I gave up sugar at the end of February just to see if I could do it. And while, the first 2 weeks were a little rough (I also gave up anything with caffine in it at the same time) I barely miss it at all now and plan to continue just for the heck of it. So far, I am down 18 pounds (although I have made other lifestyle changes as well) and am eating WAY more fruits and vegetables instead of processed foods. Sooooo...good luck. I hope you are successful in your goals.

Thanks for sharing!

I am only on day 3 now but it has all ready been difficult. I am hoping it will help me shed some more weight as well as help me to feel more energized. I haven't given up caffeine though!
