Sugar update

It is getting easier not to eat candy, ice cream, cookies, white bread, etc... as time goes on. I so wanted some mints (on the weekend) and found some sugar free kinds! :) Yay! I ate them all though...

Today is weigh in day (great scale at my work place) so we shall see if I have had any more pounds shed...

I went back off sugar 1 week ago today Holly....so much easier this time, I think because the girls and I have been eating much healthier anyway. I don't miss it at all...just getting bored with food choices some days. The good news is I lost 6 pounds! I know that won't be the norm each week...but it is a great boost to stick it out. If you come up with some interesting, foods let me know.

I returned to sugar as stress at work was great and I needed a "fix"!! lol

I shall return to it soon though...

Are you avoiding white bread too?
