Have you ever seen Dragon Fruit? Kinda ugly, kinda beautiful! It tastes a bit like a Kiwi fruit. It is the white flesh (with tiny black seeds) that you eat. But, it is the skin that I find so amazing. It is the hottest of pink that I have ever seen. God loves colour, so do I!

We just noticed them at the store a few weeks ago...this is the 1st time that we have ever bought one. Expensive...but neat to try once!
