New Seasons

Shaun did it! A painting that he submitted to be in an art show was accepted for display. Yipie!! I knew that it would be (but he was nervous). There will be an opening show this Thursday
night as well as the awards ceremony. We have a church commitment so can't make it to that...but the showing will continue for the next few weeks. If you want to go check it out, email us and we will give you the location of the Gallary.

Thanks Cheryl and Karen!
Karen, i emailed you the directions. Only bad thing is you will need to find a parking space on Front Street. The painting is your fav. of the pears!! I just emailed Vicki so she could take the girls for "art class".
I'm excited to go (maybe on Friday).

Wow this is breath taking. I would love to check out the gallery but wonder what are the times it's open?

Shari,
just making sure that you know that the picture is NOT shaun's painting. That is a pic of an artist plallet, close up. The painting is of pears. I will send you an email with the times....ok?!

I knew you'd get in! Awesome! Congrats!...Holly, post the details for all of us, and you won't have to keep doing individual emails!

Maybe my hubby and I can make a date of it!

Call me crazy but I honest do love this..... it all the texture.

I did know from an earlier post about the pear painting. Do you know what pears represent? I base a painting on my "feelings"....and I feel drawn to pears for whatever reason.

Congrats to Shaun.
