Sarah's Salsa

8 c skinned chopped tomatoes
3 c chopped green peppers
1 c chopped red pepper
2 c chopped onions
8 chopped jalepeno peppers (for mild, remove seeds, med leave in a few, hot leave all) WEAR GLOVES to prevent oils from burning you...
4 (or more) cloves of garlic (Sarah uses 6)
2 cups vinegar
2 cans tomato paste ( Sarah used 2 small)
2 Tbsp. white sugar
1Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 2 hours. Fill and seal jars. Sarah made 8-500 ml jars. Process in boiling water for 20 minutes.

Hmmm....since they have all ready been "processed" once...I am guessing after the 2nd canning, they would be pretty mushy/runny. I say, when in doubt, ask SARAH! : )
