Meal plan of the week

Monday: Sausages, rice, peas

Tuesday: Pancakes!

Wednesday: Salad, spaghetti with a ground beef meat sauce

Thursday: Spicy Avocado Dip , baked nacho (corn) chips,
Potato Broccoli soup (I made this a few weeks ago and it's my favorite soup of the year!)

Friday:
Cheesy Beef and Rice, salad

Saturday: Ham and scallop potatoes

Sunday: still not sure...some left-overs probably
