Day one of 17 Day Diet



Here is what is on the menu (for husband and I, teens can eat what ever they fancy):
Breckfast:
Hot water and 1/2 lemon to get the digestive juices flowing
1/2 cup plain yogurt with 1cup fruit (I had a peach, husband had blueberries)


snacks for the day: 1 serving of fruit and 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1 Tbsp. sugar free jam


Lunch: tuna lettuce wraps, raw veggies


Supper: Chicken breast, salad or steamed veggies
add in 3 cups of green tea and at least 8 cups of water in total. 


There you have it: Day 1.
