17 day diet


Breakfast: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, peach, hot drink of water and 1/2 lemon queezed

snack: Blueberries

Lunch: Salad and can of Salmon

Snack: yogurt drink

Supper: ground turkey patties and steamed veggies

3 green teas a day and 8 glasses of water
