17 Day Diet

Day 3

Breakfast: 2 eggs and peach
snacks: pear
lunch: salad and chicken
snack: yogurt drink
supper: Egg plant Parmesan 

I have lost 4 pounds. Not sure about Husband as he hasn't been able to weigh himself (I weigh in at my job and he weighs in at the Gym). BUT...i have dark circles under my eyes. :( Today, husband's allergies are so bad he had to come home from work a few hours early. Not sure that his issues have anything at all to do with the diet, though.
