Breakfast: Cottage cheese, 1 cup blueberries
Lunch: Salad and canned salmon
snack: yogurt drink (it's so tiny!!)
Supper: Chicken and steamed veggies
3 cups of green tea, 1 hot cup water and lemon and at least 8 glasses of water
I have no desire to eat bread. Strange. I am not missing it one bit. I have been tempted with a cookie that I saw on the counter (at work) as well as some chips that the kids were eating here at home.
