Somehow 10-15 pounds has found it's way onto my body! EEK! My clothes are tight and I am not feeling great at all. So...I will jump start into healthy eating again with a bit of a cleanse. I will pretty much only be eating lean protein, lots of veggies, some fruit and some dairy. No sugar and no carbs.
