Day 2

I was happy that when I went to bed last night, I was not nearly as tired as I am normally. I think it's the absence of sugar?

Day 2

Peach
Cottage cheese

apple

carrots and celery
2 hard boiled eggs

Yogurt

Chicken 
Salad

Plus, lots of water, some coffee and some green tea
