Day 3
I was really busy on Day 3. Went to a pool party over the lunch hour. So I cheated. Then I went out that evening with 3 of my besties. Again...I cheated.

Iced Caramel macchiato decafe (BAD!)
DAY 4
Cottage cheese
grapes

Salmon
coleslaw
treats:
2 little chocolate covered animal crackers (What? I forgot about the 17 day diet...heehee...)
black berries (you are not supposed to eat fruit after 2:00 but I made an exception) ;)
