Zinnias
I have these beauties growing in little pots on my window sill. They are just baby plants right now but in a few months I will be able to enjoy these colourful blooms! It is hard to be patient and wait for the blooming season. God thinks that we are more beautiful than flowers. We are His favorite creation! And he is so very patient with us as we grow and mature, and "bloom" with the talents and giftings that He has created within us.

I am so glad that God thinks so highly of us...and that He really does patiently wait for us to mature enough to BLOOM!
I want to bloom like these magnificent flowers. As they exist solely for our pleasure...I want to exist solely for God's pleasure.

Just think; He loves us the same before we are in full bloom, before we feel beautiful enough to be loved.
Wow...Rhonda...that is so hard to wrap my brain around (that God loves us the same both before and after we bloom)!! Yet, I know it is truth. Preach it sister!
I love zinnias. Once they are established, it's almost impossible to kill them. I love having flowers that will look great even when I ignore them.
I am thankful that God is attentive and patient with me!

It is amazing that God thinks we are so beautiful....even with all our imperfections! Thanks for that reminder.
Thanks also for the birthday wishes for my baby girl. She is growing up too fast, but she is sure fun to watch! :)
