17 Day Diet

Day 8

Breakfast: yogurt, peach
hot water with 1/2 lemon

snack: cheese (low fat, one slice)

lunch: Salad (spinach, romaine lettuce, mushrooms, cucumbers, yellow and green peppers, carrot match sticks, tomatos), 2 hard boiled eggs

snack: pear

Supper: Talapia (fish), steamed veggies

lots of water, green tea
