17 day Diet

OK, so last night's fish was so yummy.
1Tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp. cayanne pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1tsp. course salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix and spead over white fish on both sides. Wrap in foil place on baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes at 450. DELICIOUS and spicy!

Day 9 (more than half way through our 1st cycle)!!
Breakfast: smoothie (yougurt and strawberries with a tiny bit of milk) Really it was more like unsweetened ice cream as it was so thick from the frozen berries).

Snack: grapes

Lunch: Salmon (canned), salad

snack: Cottage cheese (only 1/2 cup allowed)

Supper: Chicken breast, broccolli and yellow peppers

Green tea and water (as usual)
